The Culture and Entertainment Industry Promotion Association (CEIPA) has announced nine candidates who will take on the global stage, selected through a rigorous screening process for its "Next-Generation Creative Talent Development Program for Global Activity." The program is implemented as part of the Foundation for the Promotion of Cultural and Artistic Activities (Creator Support Project).

This program aims to help young, next-generation creators broaden their horizons and expand their activities globally by building networks with key local figures and undergoing OJT (on-the-job training) in key global hubs such as North America, ASEAN, and Europe.

The nine candidates who will be dispatched to various global locations to immerse themselves in the local creative scenes are: producers TSINGTAO, A.G.O, and Aime Miura; lyricists/composers Minori Nagashima, Satoshi Anan, and Yu Shimizu; and artists REJAY, SANDEI, and Miisha Shimizu. The selected candidates will develop individual training plans after meeting with mentors who are active at the forefront of their respective fields. They will travel to their designated countries in January and February to begin their creative activities on-site.
