It has been decided that Rikon Densetsu's new album will be released on Oct. 21. The specifications and cover design have been revealed.

The album will include "Daikuukou," which is currently airing as the theme song for the TV Asahi Thursday drama "Daikuukou ~GATE24~," as well as tie-in tracks such as "Honjitsu no Osusume," "Ajisai," "First Kiss," and "Suteki!!" It will be released in three versions: a Live Edition (with Blu-ray), an MV Edition (with Blu-ray), and a CD-only Standard Edition. The cover art features Ayumu Matsuda (Vo) and Jun Beppu (G) soaring through the sky with parachutes. This is the first time the members have appeared on a Rikon Densetsu jacket since the EP "Ai ga Isso Mellow" released in January 2023.

The Live Edition Blu-ray includes footage from the Zepp DiverCity (TOKYO) performance of the one-man tour "You Should Know Your Love" held last year, along with making-of footage of the album production. The MV Edition Blu-ray features 16 music videos from "Ai ga Isso Mellow" to "Daikuukou," as well as visual commentary where Wataru Okada and Yuta Shibamoto from the video production team "stacks"—who have been involved in many of Rikon Densetsu's video works—talk with Ayumu Matsuda (Vo) and Jun Beppu (G) while watching the MVs.

To celebrate the album release announcement, footage of the group's first one-man live, "Ai ga Isso Mellow - Love is more Mellow," held at Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO) in March 2024, will be released on YouTube today, Aug. 13, at 6 p.m. This video will be available for a limited time until 11:59 p.m. on Aug. 23.
