The new album "Towards" by the three-member band Dios, consisting of Tanaka (Vo), Ichika Nito (G), and Sasanomaly (Key), will be released in February 2027.

"Towards" is their first album since their third album "Seein' Your Ghost," released in October last year. Details such as the tracklist will be announced at a later date.

Today, Oct. 14, their new song "Bokura no Jinsei wa Mada Isshume" was released digitally as an advance single. Produced by Shin Sakiura, this track features an impressive indie pop sound based on a Motown beat.

Additionally, it has been decided that an event celebrating the album's release, "#Dios Shibuya Shukusai," will be held for three days from Dec. 25 to 27. As the first announcement, it was revealed that a Christmas live show, "Dios Christmas Live 'Re: DAWN'," will take place at WWW X in Tokyo on the 25th. At this performance, attendees will be able to hear tracks from the new album early, and a pop-up event is also scheduled to be held at the venue. Advance ticket sales are currently underway on ZAIKO until 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 18.

Furthermore, Dios has been confirmed to perform at the event "NIGHT HIKE 2026 in Makuhari," which will be held at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Halls 9-11 in Chiba on Nov. 1.

Dios comments

Tanaka (Vo)

"The next album is music woven with the words I want to deliver to you.
The advance single 'Bokura no Jinsei wa Mada Isshume' is a song I wrote to celebrate you and a world where we can encounter the unknown in any way, because no matter how accustomed we feel to life, ultimately today is our first day.
We'll also be doing various things in Shibuya around Christmas, and I'm happy to be able to meet you all. Let's hang out."

Ichika Nito (G)

"The album coming in February next year is a work overflowing with music that was born precisely because it is the Dios of today!
First of all, I'd be happy if you could feel that world a step ahead at the Christmas live show. Let's meet in Shibuya!"

Sasanomaly (Key)

"The album! Is coming out!!!
I want to do heaps and bounds of the new and fun things we thought about doing as Dios leading up to the release from here on out! Please look forward to it."
