It has been announced that Kento Nakajima will release his fourth single, "Cho☆HENSHIN," on December 16.

In this work, the idol "Kenty" undergoes a "super transformation" into a hero of love. The artwork captures Nakajima transforming from a solitary rider appearing in a crimson world into a dazzling silver outfit. The single will be released in three formats: First Press Limited Edition A, First Press Limited Edition B, and Regular Edition. First Press Limited Edition A includes a Blu-ray or DVD containing the title track's music video and its making-of footage.

Furthermore, footage of the tour finale at Tokyo Garden Theater in Tokyo from Nakajima's nationwide tour "'IDOL1ST Kento Nakajima' LIVE TOUR 2026," held from February to July this year, will be released on live Blu-ray and DVD on January 20, 2027. The Deluxe Limited Edition includes footage from "THIS IS KENTY -IDOL ver2.0-," held at Ariake Arena in Tokyo in January this year. The Regular Edition includes bonus footage such as a documentary closely following the tour.
